Overview
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping options, costs and delivery times are shown at checkout and/or on your order confirmation. The information below describes our general approach to shipping and fulfilment.
Processing & lead times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing may take longer. You will receive tracking once dispatched.
Lead Time: Estimated at 1 to 2 weeks following order approval and receipt of payment. Pre-orders or customised bulk orders may vary.

Regional/remote 2–3 weeks after dispatch
Note: Express shipping services are not available at this time.
Shipping rates & carriers

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Rates are displayed at checkout.

We primarily use reputable national carriers and Australia Post. Bulk/wholesale orders may use freight partners.
Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you grant ATL, risk transfers upon delivery to the address. Where signature is required and no one is available, a card may be left for collection or re-delivery per the carrier’s policy.
Delays & issues

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Severe weather, carrier backlogs, public holidays and remote locations can cause delays. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days after dispatch (or the maximum timeframe noted in your tracking), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Pre-orders / backorders

Estimated dispatch windows are provided on the product page or at checkout. We will notify you of significant changes and you may cancel for a refund before dispatch.
International shipping

Incorrect addresses & unsuccessful delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. Re-delivery fees may apply if an order is returned to sender.
